Serving on the Creative Team is about more than being artistic, having great ideas, or knowing how to use creative tools. We want to build a healthy team of people who love Jesus, love people, work well together, and use their creativity to help communicate the mission and message of Bloom Church.

For someone interested in Bloom Creative, that means we’re looking for people who are actively following Jesus, connected to Bloom Church, creative, teachable, dependable, collaborative, willing to receive feedback, and ready to keep growing.

You don’t have to be an expert to take a next step. We want to understand your interests, current abilities, and where you would like to grow.
One of our Creative leaders will connect with you to learn more about you, your creative interests, and the area where you may be a good fit.
We’ll also help you understand what serving with Bloom Creative looks like and answer any questions you have.
From there, we’ll help determine the best next step based on your interests, experience, and the current needs of the team.
That may mean moving into onboarding and development in a specific Creative role or helping you identify another area where your gifts may be a better fit.

Creativity matters, but so does how you work with people.
We want people who can bring ideas to the table, collaborate with others, receive direction, and ultimately choose what serves the mission over personal preference.
You’ll be connected with a leader or coach and receive the Bloom Creative Handbook, along with the resources and training you’ll need to understand our culture, creative standards, systems, expectations, and your specific role.
You’ll have opportunities to learn, create, receive feedback, and grow as you become ready to contribute to the team.
Our goal isn’t simply to make great content or create things that look good.
We want to develop healthy disciples, leaders, and creatives who use their gifts to tell stories, communicate clearly, and help people take their next step toward Jesus.
