Serving on the Production Team is about more than operating equipment or knowing technology. We want to build a healthy team of people who love Jesus, love people, work well together, and use their gifts to help create environments where people can encounter Jesus without distraction.

For someone interested in Bloom Production, that means we’re looking for people who are actively following Jesus, connected to Bloom Church, teachable, dependable, attentive, willing to learn, and ready to serve wherever needed.

WHAT THE PROCESS LOOKS LIKE

1. SUBMIT YOUR INTEREST FORM

Tell us a little about yourself, your experience, and the area of Production you’re interested in.

No previous production experience is required for every role. We can teach many of the technical skills you’ll need along the way.

2. CONNECT WITH A PRODUCTION LEADER

One of our leaders will connect with you to learn more about your interests, experience, and where you may be a good fit on the team.

We’ll help you understand the different Production roles and determine the best place to begin.

3. RECEIVE YOUR NEXT STEP

From there, we’ll help you move into the appropriate onboarding and training process for your role.

You’ll learn alongside a coach or experienced team member and get hands-on opportunities to develop the skills you need to serve confidently.

Technical ability can be developed. Character, attitude, and willingness to learn matter just as much.

IF YOU MOVE INTO ONBOARDING

You’ll be connected with a coach and receive the Bloom Production Handbook, along with the resources and hands-on training you’ll need to learn our culture, systems, expectations, and your specific role.

Your coach will help you develop until you are confident and ready to serve as part of the Production Team.

Our goal isn’t simply to fill positions behind a console, camera, or computer.

We want to develop healthy disciples, leaders, and team members who use their gifts behind the scenes to help people encounter Jesus.
