For someone interested in Bloom Worship, that means we’re looking for people who are actively following Jesus, connected to Bloom Church, teachable, dependable, prepared, and willing to grow.
1. Submit Your Interest Form
Tell us a little about yourself, your experience, and the area you’re interested in serving.
2. Complete a Skill Assessment
For musicians and vocalists, you’ll receive songs and instructions to prepare. This gives our leaders an opportunity to see where you are musically and determine the best next step.
3. Receive Your Next Step
After your Skill Assessment, our team will follow up with you. Depending on where you are, that could mean moving into onboarding, spending some additional time developing, or helping you find another area where your gifts may be a better fit.

If you’re invited to continue, you’ll be connected with a coach and receive the Bloom Worship Handbook, along with the resources you’ll need to learn our culture, systems, expectations, and what it looks like to become stage ready.
Our goal isn’t simply to get people onto a platform. We want to develop healthy disciples, leaders, musicians, and team members who use their gifts to help people encounter Jesus.
